Like other websites, rhodesmarket.com does not allow other people, like your competition, to have the option to “flag” your ad.   However, there are just a few rules that we adhere too in having an ad deleted from our website.  It is really simple,

1)         if any of your ads and/or your conduct revokes our Terms and Conditions

2)         you can only list an ad once a day in the same category and city, but you can list the same ad in the same category in a different city –  meaning, you can place your ad in Austin, Texas under house for sale and you can list the same ad on the same day under house for sale in San Antonio, Texas.  What you can’t do is list your ad twice in one day under the same city and category.

3)         your ad must be in the correct category

4)         any ad that rhodesmarket.com feels is inappropriate

You will receive an email telling you exactly why your ad is being deleted.  This will not be a generic email with no reason; you will know why your ad was deleted.

Even thou we don’t have the two “flag” policy, if you feel that an ad is not within our guidelines or is inappropriate, please CLICK HERE to direct your concerns to rhodesmarket.com.  Rhodesmarket.com will make the decision to whether the ad needs to be deleted.

Duration of ads from 7 to 91 days.

Can add up to 4 pictures with each listing

Ask seller a question feature - you do not have to put any contact information in your classified ad.  At the bottom of each listing, the potential buyer can send an email to you regarding any questions and further contact information.  Myself, I think that it is great that you have a contact phone number in your ad.  People are very busy and this just saves them time instead of emailing you and waiting for a return email.  Plus, does impulse buyer mean anything to you!!

Item counter for each ad

Can choose start date of listing.  Listing can start immediately or set for a later time and/or date

If you want to jazz up your classified ad to stand out for all others, you can choose one or more of these optional features.  When you use any of these optional features, you will be charge that fee.  Our Optional Features and fees are as follows:

Extra Pictures

Each listing is entitled to 4 free pictures.  You can have up to 6 pictures per item.  Each additional picture, after the 4 free, is $0.25 each.

Bold Fee

This feature adds instant emphasis to your listing letting it stand out so bidders can easily see your listing over regular listing.  A Bold Fee is $1.00.  This fee is charged regardless if it sells or not.

Highlight Fee

This feature emphasizes your listing.  Your listing will defiantly be attention-grabbing!  It will catch the eye of all buyers.  A Highlight Fee is $3.00.  This fee is charged regardless if it sells or not.

Gallery Fee

This feature will show your item in the Gallery Featured Items section.  A Gallery Fee is $15.00.  This fee is charged regardless if it sells or not.

Category Featured

This feature will show your item in the Category Feature section which is above the other listing of the same category.  A Category Feature fee is $10.00. This fee is charged regardless if it sells or not.

Home Page Feature

This feature will have your listing, along with other Home Page Feature listings, randomly selected to be displayed on the home page.  The Home Page Feature fee is $20.00.  This fee is charged regardless if it sells or not.
