Billing Information

Since rhodesmarket.com does not collect any credit card or bank information and we accept payments only thru PayPal, our statements are weekly.  This is too prevent the non-payment users to be closely monitored.  ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY DUE DATE OR YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL PAID.

 

Invoice

Invoices are sent to users with a balance via email on each Monday.  Invoices will ONLY be delivered via email. 

 

Suspended Account

PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE FRIDAY OF THE SAME WEEK.  IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THAT FRIDAY DUE DATE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL PAID.  Also, any current ads, whether free or ones with fees, will be deleted until balance is paid in full.  Our goal is to provide our members a safe and pleasant website.  While your account is on suspension you will not be able to sign in to rhodesmarket.com, therefore, not allowing you to list an item or bid on any items.

 

Source of Payment Accepted

Rhodesmarket.com only accepts payments via PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account set up, click on the link below to register with PayPal.

 

Paying Your rhodesmarket.com Account

On Monday’s you will receive our statement via email.  Our only method of payment is PayPal.  Follow these easy steps to pay your balance via PayPal:

   

    1)  First you have to log in

 

    2)  Click on “My Account”

 

    3)  On the left side under “Account” click on "Billing Details"

 

    4)  Your billing information along with your account balance will show

 

    5)  Make sure that this information is correct.  If not, click on "Change Billing Info", and correct and save

 

    6)  If you want to view your invoice, click "View Invoice"

 

    7)  After viewing your invoice, click "Make Payment"

   

    8)  This will directly take you to pay via PayPal.  Enter in the amount that you are paying and click on PayPal

 

    9)  Continue the steps with PayPal to submit your payment
